I had a crown done and he made the crown in the office while I was there so I wouldn’t have to come back for a second visit. I am very impressed with his dental work! "I've been with Michael over three years now. I had let my dental care go for a number of years. When I started with Alspaugh, my teeth and gums were in bad shape. The doc assessed my situation and made a plan to get my mouth back in shape with measured steps and a plan. The most dramatic of my care was the removal of two molars and the placement of two implants. Doc never took any risks with my care knowing that I was best off with a maxillofacial specialist for the removal. While we both knew he could pull those molars, but he knew that a specialist would have a keener sense and feel for the install of implant posts in my jaw. I never got the feeling I was being pushed to take steps I wasn't financially prepared for. His plan has worked and we're back to maintaining. The doc is easy to talk with and his staff are friendly and professional. I heartily recommend Michael if you thinking of or needing to make a change. Ed"

"As usual, the service at Dr. Alspaugh's office today was impeccable! I think it says a great deal about a doctor when a patient moves an hour and twenty minutes away and continues to make the drive. We live in Enid and have no plans to make any changes! Thanks for everything Doc! I wrote this review before I moved back to Edmond in Dec of '22, but had I still been living up there, I would've continued driving down here for my dental care!"
"Dr Alspaugh has provided great dental care for me for over 20 years. He recently placed a crown over a tooth that had a root canal performed by an endodontist Dr Alspaugh referred me to. This option saved the tooth from being pulled. He always does excellent work and would recommend him to anyone needing dental consultation and care."

Always been a friendly bunch... thanks to all of you! P.s. wear your mouth guard at night if told to... If I had taken Docs advise a year ago, and got one, this most likely wouldn't have happened..."

"I’m a grinder & have cracked many teeth. Dr Alspaugh did another crown for me recently but afterwards it was still bugging me. He looked at it again said it looked perfect but made some adjustments. It was still bothering me. So even though the crown was perfect he brought me back in & spent another 2 hours removing the 1st crown & making a 2nd one with even more adjustments (based on what was bothering me) & now it looks perfect to him & it feels perfect to me…& at no extra charge. Love it when someone stands behind their work! Would not go anywhere else."

"I was cautious at first after several bad experiences with a previous dentist, but have now been here a few years and just love Dr. Alspaugh and his staff. He is warm, thorough, up front and honest, and tries to prevent issues as well as fix them. I've never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, as I've always felt like they were out to sell me services I really didn't need. But that is not the case here. Michael sat with me and explained my periodontal disease and what I can do to help curb losing more teeth faster than I should, never has any other dentist taken the time he did to explain to me just what's going on, even set me up with a gum specialist. Treated me like a friend not just a possible new patient,let me tell you that I was totally blown away by the way I was treated that I immediately switched from my dentist of 15 years to Michael's practice. Michael told me he likes to spend more time with each person and have less patients and I think that's also very amazing, so many doctors/ dentists have turned to this high volume instead of high quality care and the patient is the one who suffers, anyway thank you so much Michael and your staff from your receptionist to your assistant for a job well done! He has the latest digital equipment, there is a monitor in front of you and you can see everything they are doing. His office also takes a digital scan of the mouth using a 3D oral camera, if you need a crown. The computer suggests the ideal dimensions of the needed crown. The digital information is sent to a "milling" machine that carves the crown out of a ceramic porcelain block, ready to be bonded to the your tooth. The entire process takes less than three hours. You do NOT have to go back to get re-sized, it is an exact match! It is a amazing, you don’t even notice a different in your bite when you leave because you leave with a matching NEW tooth.I have never been a fan of having dental work done but I am here to tell I no longer have any fears. I highly recommend his office and I very rarely put in reviews. I want to try and help people who have anxiety about having dental work done."
